Strong hands-on experience in microbial culture, DNA isolation, PCR, plasmid preparation, transformation, and NGS. Proficiency in standard laboratory practices, data recording, and result interpretation. Good understanding of microbial physiology, enzyme kinetics, and biosafety procedures. Ability to troubleshoot experiments, optimize protocols, and work independently or within a research team. |
