Position Summary
The Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV), Palampur, has issued Fellowship Notice 1/2026 inviting applications from eligible candidates for a fellowship position under a research project.
The position is for Junior Research Fellow, with 01 (one) fellowship position available. The remuneration is Rs. 37,000/- per month for the 1st and 2nd year, and Rs. 42,000/- per month for the 3rd year. The essential qualification is M.Sc. in Entomology/Life Sciences with NET, while the desirable qualification is Ph.D. in Entomology with specialization in Soil Arthropod Pests. The fellowship is under the ICAR Funded Project “All India Network Project (AINP) on Soil Arthropod Pests,” and its duration is co-terminus with the project/availability of funds.
The application processing fee is Rs. 450/- (Rs. 110/- for reserved categories). The complete application, along with a bank draft of the appropriate processing fee in favour of The Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur, should reach the office of the Head, Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, CSKHPKV, Palampur, latest by 27.06.2026 up to 5:00 PM.
A Work Specific Interaction will be held on 30.6.2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Head, Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, CSKHPKV, Palampur. No separate communication in this regard shall be made.
