Young Professional – I position for a project titled- “Assessing Nitrogen and Water Use Efficiency in Soybean and Wheat Under Simulated Climate Change Conditions”

Position Summary

The Office of the Director Research Services, Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (RVSKVV), Gwalior (MP) 474002, has invited applications for a Walk-in-Interview for the post of Young Professional I (02 posts) under the State-funded project “Assessing Nitrogen and Water Use Efficiency in Soybean and Wheat Under Simulated Climate Change Conditions.” The engagement is purely temporary and on a contractual basis for a period of three years or till termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

The walk-in-interview is scheduled for 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at RVSKVV Admin Block, Raja Pancham Singh Marg, Near Akashwani, Gwalior (M.P.). A written/skill test will also be conducted as per the requirement of the post. The salary for YP-I is ₹30,000/- per month. Essential qualification is B.Sc. (Ag)/B.Sc. (Hort.), with desirable qualifications of M.Sc. (Agronomy/Soil Science) and experience in computer/field/lab work. The age limit is minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on the date of advertisement. Selection mode comprises a written/skill test followed by the walk-in-interview.

Candidates must submit a duly filled Application Form (Annexure-I) with a passport-size photograph, signed declaration, and self-attested copies of supporting documents (proof of age, category certificate, educational mark sheets/certificates from 10th class onwards, experience, and research publications) at the time of interview. Original documents will be verified on the interview date; incorrect documentation leads to cancellation. Only Indian citizens are eligible, and no TA/DA or accommodation will be provided. The number of posts may be increased/decreased, and appointments may be terminated at any time without appeal. Selected candidates must produce medical and character antecedent certificates at joining. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court Gwalior Bench.
