Eligibility

• B.V.Sc & A.H./B.Tech Dairy Science/B.Tech. Biotechnology/M.Sc. in Life Science with a minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.
• Two years’ experience in R & D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services. (M.V.Sc./ M.Tech. in Dairy Science/M.Tech. in Biotechnology or Ph.D. in Life Sciences may be considered as experience.)

Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working on Diagnostics, Dairy / Animal Pathogens detection / handling, AMR/ Molecular biology techniques / optical imaging system/ artificial intelligence/ statistical techniques etc.
• Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level. (The condition of knowledge in Punjabi is however relaxable if the candidate is found otherwise deserving.)
• Sound knowledge on Computer working /handling, MS office (excel, power point, word) Auto CAD, Internet application, computer tying etc.

Age Limit
The upper age limit shall be 35 years as on date of application, relaxable by up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/OBC/Women categories, as per applicable rules.

Job Responsibilities

• To support the research work of Master and Ph.D scholars of research topic under PM professor project.
• To ensure desired chemical, glassware and consumable etc to researchers by placing necessary quotation and purchase order.
• Compilation of research work done by researchers & to ensure timely submission of the project’s progress report to ANRF.
• Preparation of utilization certificate – SOE and UC as per ANRF requirements basis.
