Postgraduate in Marine Biology/Fisheries Science

Desirable Experiences

• Hands on working experience in: Marine deep sea fish collections and identification; sampling on board vessels; Tissue analysis and molecular work
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), Photoshop
• Record keeping and document management
• File management and Office correspondence
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Publications in the same area
• Skill in swimming

Conditions
Candidate should be ready to work on board vessels for multiday sampling

Age Limit
Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years (with relaxation as per rules) as on the date of the interview

Salary
Rs. 42000/- (Consolidated Emoluments as per revised ICAR guidelines)
