AIIMS Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh is recruiting one Laboratory Assistant/Technician/Project Assistant/Technical Assistant on a temporary contractual basis for an ANRF Prime Minister Early Career Research Grant (PM ECRG) funded project in AI-driven thyroid cancer diagnostics.

Position Details:

• Vacancies: 1
• Emoluments: ₹27,000/month + HRA (as per ANRF guidelines)
• Duration: Initially up to 16 February 2027, extendable annually up to a maximum of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance, project progress, and fund availability
• Purely co-terminus with the project; no right to permanent employment at AIIMS Bilaspur
• No accommodation provided by the institute; no Bonus, Gratuity, or LTC admissible

Eligibility:

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Science or a 3-year Diploma in Engineering and Technology from a recognised institute/university
• Desirable: Experience in Molecular Biology, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, Cytopathology techniques, Digital Pathology, data management, and computer applications

Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on the date of interview.
