In our group, we combine single-cell somics, spatial transcriptomics and machine learning to understand tumor biology and develop new diagnostic methods. Your role
As a research assistant, you will work with bioinformatic analysis of single-cell data with a focus on the detection of rare cells in tumor tissue. Duties include:
- Analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) and spatial transcriptomics data
- Development and application of computational methods for the identification of rare cell types
- Documentation of analysis pipelines and results
- Collaboration with other group members on ongoing research projects
- Contributions to scientific publications and presentations
Who are you?
- Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, precision medicine, biomedicine or equivalent.
- Good programming skills in R and Python
- Experience with Linux environment and bash scripting
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Experience in analysis of single cell somics data
- Experience in cancer-related research
Merit:
