Position: 03 (Three)

A. JRF (Two post: 02)

Salary: Rs. 37,000/month +HRA (30%) = Rs. 48100/month as per CCRAS rules.

Essential Qualification: Post graduate degree including the integrated PG degrees in Bioinformatics/Life Science/Computer Science/Data Science/Statistics and related field from a recognized university.

Desirable: Experience in chemometrics/machine learning frameworks/Algorithms development/spectral data processing.

B. MTA (Multi-Tasking Assistant) (One post:01)

Salary: Rs. 22,411/month (Fixed) as per CCRAS rules and guidelines.

Essential Qualification: Three Years Graduate degree + One year experience in the field of data management/Lab Work/Computer Knowledge/Diploma in Computer Applications.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years, age relaxation will be as per the Government of India rule for SC/ST/OBC/Female.

Tenure: The selected candidate will be appointed purely on a temporary basis.

The initial appointment may be for Twelve months (1 Year) or as per the recommendation of the selection committee, which can be extended till the completion of the project on the basis of the assessment of the candidate’s performance and the discretion of the Competent Authority. 

The eligible candidates may further be shortlisted based on their qualifications/experience depending on the total number of applications received. 

JNU may select a candidate against the above post depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
