Duration

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech. in Biotechnology/ Industrial Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biotech. Engineering/ Bioengineering/ Biological Sciences and Bioengineering/ Biosciences and Bioengineering/ Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering/ Biochemical and Biotechnology Engineering, AND M.E./ M. Tech./ M.S.(by Research)/ M.S. (from abroad, two-year program only) in Biotechnology/ Industrial Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biotech Engineering/ Genetic Engineering/ Biological Sciences and Bioengineering/ Biosciences and Bioengineering/ Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering/ Biochemical and Biotechnology Engineering/ Environmental Engineering.
• OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology/ Bioinformatics/ Life Sciences AND M.Tech. in Biotechnology/ M.Tech in Environmental Engineering.
• OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology/ Bioinformatics/ Life Sciences.

Other Essential Criteria

• Candidates with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL category and minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA at both UG and PG for SC/ ST/ PwD category.
• OR Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with at least CGPA of 7.5/10 or 70% of marks under GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL category and at least CGPA of 7.0/10 or 65% under SC/ ST/ PwD category.
• Candidates with GATE/CSIR-UGC/DBT/ICMR NET qualification will be given preference.

Desired Qualifications
Prior knowledge and hands-on experience in heavy metal analysis, extraction, microbial growth techniques and Artificial intelligence.

Age Limit
30 years. Upper age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically challenged candidates.

Salary
₹ 37,000/- per month for the first two years.
