Qualification |
M.Sc. in Microbiology/Life sciences/ Biosciences/Botany/Zoology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Environmental Sciences with CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualification. Candidates qualifying any other national-level exam conducted by national agencies like DBT, DST, ICAR, ICMR, DAE, MHRD, DRDO, IIT, IISER, etc. are also eligible to apply, provided they have an M.Sc. in any of the disciplines. |

Desirable Qualification |
1. Relevant experience in basic microbiology (handling and culturing of bacteria, biocatalysis, bioremediation) supported by thesis/dissertation report/publication(s). 2. Candidates should have passion and dedication for research. |

Age Limit |
28 Years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates as per Govt. of India/DST’s instructions). |
