Required Experience and Skills:– Proven expertise in microbiological culturing, identification, and enumeration of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeasts, and molds (e.g., colony forming unit assessment).– Hands-on experience in microorganism identification and culture techniques using standard microbiological methods.– Experience in handling bioaerosol monitoring instruments, including active and passive air samplers, with knowledge of isokinetic sampling, filter-based sampling techniques, and flow-rate calibration.– Strong understanding and practice of aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during field sample collection and laboratory analysis.– Experience in field sampling, environmental monitoring, and on-site data collection.– Ability to perform data interpretation, microbiological risk assessment, and preparation of workplace safety/regulatory compliance reports.– Experience in laboratory documentation, quality control, and maintenance of microbiological records.– Knowledge of biosafety and laboratory safety protocols.
