Salary

• Project Scientist (PS-III): Rs. 78,000/- + HRA (with a 5% increment for every 2 years of experience in the same project)
• Principal Project Associate (Principal-PAT): Rs. 49,000/- per month + HRA
• Project Associate I (PAT-I): Rs. 31,000 + HRA (for candidates qualified in CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET, GATE, or national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST); Rs. 25,000 + HRA (for others)
• Project Assistant-I (PA-I): Rs. 18,000 + HRA

Eligibility

• Project Scientist (PS-III): Doctoral Degree in Science OR Masters/Integrated Masters in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent, plus 7 years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.
• Principal Project Associate (Principal-PAT): Master’s/Master Integrated Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences with 6 years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services; OR Doctoral Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent with 3 years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.
• Project Associate I (PAT-I): Masters/Integrated Masters in Natural or Agricultural or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University, or any equivalent qualification duly recognized by the concerned authority.
• Project Assistant-I (PA-I): SSC/10th Plus ITI.

Age Limit

• Project Scientist (PS-III): 45 years
• Principal Project Associate (Principal-PAT): 40 years
• Project Associate I (PAT-I): 35 years
• Project Assistant-I (PA-I): 35 years
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PH candidates as per CSIR/Govt. of India rules.
