Laboratory Technician-III – AIIMS Jodhpur, Dept. of Pathology & Lab Medicine

AIIMS Jodhpur is recruiting two Laboratory Technician-III posts on a purely temporary contractual basis for a DHR-ICMR funded molecular oncology diagnostics project.

Position Details:

• Vacancies: 2
• Salary: ₹20,000/month + HRA (consolidated, based on qualifications, experience, and skill set)
• Tenure: Initially 12 months, co-terminus with the project
• No right to permanent employment at AIIMS Jodhpur

Eligibility — Any one of the following:

• B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (treated as 3 years’ experience)
• Class 12th pass in Science subjects with a 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• 1-year DMLT with 2 years of laboratory experience in a recognised organisation

Desirable: Hands-on experience in Histopathology and molecular techniques for processing clinical specimens; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi and English; basic computer knowledge.

Job Role: Performing study-specific laboratory diagnostic procedures including histopathological and molecular tests; maintaining lab-related documents and any other lab activities as directed by the PI.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in other research projects may be considered on a case-to-case basis for experienced candidates (applicable for ICMR projects).
