Eligibility

• Essential Qualification:
• Three years degree in Life Sciences + Three years post qualification experience
• OR PG in Life Sciences / Public health
• Qualification and experience should be in relevant discipline/field and from an Institution of repute.
• Experience should have been gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.

Desirable Qualifications

• Working experience in data entry and data analysis

Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
• Cut-off date for age limit will be the date of Walk-In-Interview.
• Age relaxation is admissible in respect of SC/STOBC/PWD candidates as per government rules.

• Applications are invited in the prescribed format.
• Applicants must report for Walk-in-interview between 11 AM to 12:30 PM in the ground floor VC room of academic building.
• Candidates must bring the filled Application Form in the prescribed format.
• Applicants are required to bring original documents in favor of eligibility and experience along with a set of photocopies.
• Candidate should mention “Application for the Post of Project Technical Support-III” in the application.
• Separate application should be submitted for each post.
• In the event of selection, a candidate must produce all documents or certificates in original relating to:
• Educational qualifications
• Date of Birth
• Experience certificates
• One recent passport size photograph
• Identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID/Driving License)
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents
• SC/ST/OBC/Disability Certificate, if applicable, for verification at the time of joining the post.

Important Information

• This position is purely on a temporary contractual basis.
• Contract appointees will not have any claim on a regular post in this institute or Funding Agency or in any Department of Government of India.
• Contract service will not confer any right for further assignment or transfer to any other project or appointment/absorption in funding agency or in this institute.
• Benefits such as Provident Fund, Pension Scheme, Leave Travel Concession, and Medical claim are not admissible. An undertaking to this effect must be submitted at the time of joining.
• Persons already in regular time scale service under any Government Department/Organizations are not eligible to apply directly without following proper channel and obtaining a No Objection Certificate.
• Late and incomplete applications or applications not submitted in the prescribed format will not be considered.
• Mere fulfillment of essential/educational qualifications does not guarantee selection.
• Submission of wrong or false information will disqualify candidature at any stage.
• The engagement can be terminated at any time by giving one month’s notice on either side.
• Leave will be applicable as per Funding Agency/Institutional policy for contract staff of AIIMS, BBSR guidelines.
• AIIMS, BBSR reserves the right to cancel/modify the recruitment process at any time, at its discretion.
