Tenure
Initially for a period of 1 year, extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.

Consolidated Emoluments per Month

• Rs.30,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance.
• Rs.37,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance – Applicant should have valid CSIR-NET (Life Sciences) / GATE (Life Sciences) / CSIR-JRF / DBT-JRF / any other National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies OR equivalent scorecard.

Eligibility

• Minimum Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 (or equivalent grade / percentage).
• Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in rodent work, and cell culture; experience in handling cytotoxicity studies; proficiency in confocal microscopy; and experience in mouse surgery / injections & immunohistochemistry will be preferred.
• The prescribed educational qualification should have been obtained from recognized Universities / Institutions.

Age Limit
Not more than 35 years as on the last date of submission of application. Age relaxation commensurate with educational qualification/s and / or experience/s of the applicant may be considered for candidates having qualification and experience higher than the advertised with the prior approval of the competent authority.
