IIT Delhi is recruiting one Project Associate-I on a contractual basis for an ANRF (Science and Engineering Research Board) funded project in cancer biology and chemical biology.

Project Details:

• Funding Agency: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) – Science and Engineering Research Board

• Duration: Up to 24 May 2029

Position Details:

• Vacancies: 1
• Pay: ₹37,000/month + 30% HRA (for CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualified candidates including Lectureship/Assistant Professorship, or national-level exam qualifiers from Central Government Departments/Agencies)
• ₹30,000/month + 30% HRA (for all other candidates)
• Renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project, subject to performance review

Eligibility:

• Essential: Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, Master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, BVSc, B.Pharm, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Medicine from a recognised university
• Desirable: Knowledge in chemistry, biochemistry, and drug development; hands-on experience in organic synthesis, column chromatography, and NMR; prior chemical biology research experience will be highly valued
