PhD position in the field of Brown and White Adipose Tissue Biology

Website Technical University of Munich (TUM)

About us

Our research group at the Chair of Molecular Nutritional Medicine, TUM School of Life Sciences, Technical University of Munich, investigates the molecular events governing adipogenesis and the resulting heterogeneity of mature adi-pocytes in brown and white adipose tissue. We are seeking a highly motivated doctoral researcher to strengthen our interactive and collaborative team.

You will be part of the collaborative research center “BATenergy”, funded by the DFG (TRR333), and team up with biologists, physiologists, nutrition scientists, and doctors applying cutting-edge technologies to dissect a novel signaling axis that drives functional diversity in mature adipocytes.
