Monthly Salary
₹ 37,000/- per month for first 2 years and ₹ 42,000/- per month for 3rd year. House Rent Allowance (HRA, 10%) as per Institute rules.

Eligibility

• First Class in B.E/B.Tech. and M.E/M.Tech. in Biotechnology/Chemical Engg. or M. Sc in relevant field with a Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA in UG & PG and Qualified GATE, or any National level eligibility examination (DBT, ICMR ICAR, etc).
• Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA either at UG or PG level examination from a recognized University/ Institute. For candidates belongs to SC/ST/PWD, 55% aggregate (or above) marks or equivalent CGPA of 6.0 is essential either at UG or PG level and qualified GATE or any National level eligibility examination such as DBT, ICMR, ICAR etc.
• Candidates without GATE and who are having Master’s degree (M.Sc/ M.Tech in relevant field) from centrally funded institutes with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or above are eligible to apply.
• Applicants who are in the final semester of M.E. /M. Tech/M. Sc. are also eligible to apply. However, they need to submit the degree certificate and qualified in National level eligibility examination such as DBT, ICMR, ICAR etc at the time of joining if selected.

Desired Experience

• Strong orientation towards:
• Working knowledge and hands on experience in handling microbial cultures (Screening, preservation, maintenance and culturing)
• Good English writing skills, statistical knowledge and report writing.
