Salary

• Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical): Rs. 78,000/- + HRA per month
• Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical): Rs. 67,000/- + HRA per month
• Administrative Officer: Rs. 50,000/- per month
• Field Officer: Rs. 30,000/- per month

Eligibility

• Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical): Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology from a recognized university with 5 years of R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after Ph.D. OR First Class MPH/Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy)/Master’s degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Pharmacy/MHA from a recognized university with 8 years of R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after the First-Class Master’s degree OR Second Class M.Sc./MPH with Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a recognized university with 8 years of R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject post qualification plus 2 years of experience in managing R&D projects effectively in a team.
• Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical): M.Sc. in Life Sciences / MPH / MHA / M.Pharm. (Master of Pharmacy) / Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) with 4 years of experience in the relevant area.
• Administrative Officer: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, with minimum 03 years of experience under the Government Department/Statutory or Autonomous bodies/Universities/Public Sector undertakings and having knowledge of MS Office, Ms Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel OR Retired Officers of the rank of Section Officer/Under Secretary to the Government of India.
• Field Officer: Graduate in Public health from a recognized university with 3 years of work experience from a recognized institution OR Master’s degree in public health OR Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.

Requirements

• Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical) Desirable: Post-doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute(s); knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.
• Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) Desirable: Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology from a recognized university with 2 years of R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject; knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.
• Administrative Officer Desirable: Experience in Administration in Govt. Dept/PSU/Autonomous Bodies / Research Institute.
• Field Officer Desirable: Experience in field surveys, public health research, community-based studies, data collection, and use of digital data collection tools.

Age Limit

• Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical): Not exceeding 45 years on the date of the walk-in interview / written test (Age relaxation as per rules is applicable).
• Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical): Not exceeding 40 years on the date of the walk-in interview / written test (Age relaxation as per rules is applicable).
• Administrative Officer: Not exceeding 50 years.
• Field Officer: Not exceeding 35 years.

Tenure

• Initially for one year (extendable as per norms). However, the position is terminus at any point in time.

Last Date

• 24.08.2026 (Date of Walk-in-interview / written test)
