Requirements

• Ph.D. with first class at Bachelor’s and Master’s level in any scientific discipline, preferably pure science.
• Eminent persons in their fields of specialization with outstanding academic record throughout.
• 15 years of experience in teaching / research, out of which 10 years must be at the level of Professor or above in reputed educational Institutes / Research Organizations.
• Proven administrative, teaching and research background, including significant experience in research guidance at the Ph.D. level, with leadership qualities.
• Mandatorily required to upload Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ph.D degrees on the portal before the last date.
• Mandatorily required to upload the No Objection Certificate (NOC) on the recruitment portal by the last date of receiving applications i.e. 23.08.2026 upto 12:00 midnight. The NOC should be in the prescribed format only and duly verified by the Head of the Institution/Organisation/present employer.

Age Limit

• Candidates applying for the post should preferably be below 65 years of age as on last date of application.
• Contractual tenure of appointment for five years or until attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.

Last Date
August 23, 2026, upto 12:00 midnight. (Online application window shall remain open from July 24, 2026 to August 23, 2026. Both dates are inclusive.)
