Tenure
Two years from the date of appointment. Appointment will be purely on temporary basis for a period of two years co-terminus with the project, subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate which will be reviewed after every six months. The post is purely temporary for sanctioned project and duration.

Salary
Rs. 37,000/- per month

Essential Qualifications
Postgraduate (M.Sc.) in Nutrition Biology/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Nutrition and Dietetics/Food Science and Nutrition with at least 60% marks (or equivalent) and NET/GATE qualifications.

Desirable Qualifications
Relevant research experience regarding nutrient analysis, food product optimization, in-vitro studies, clinical trials, molecular biology, proficiency in statistical analysis and scientific report writing.
