Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Sciences/Marine Science/Marine Biology/Aquatic Biology/Environmental Science/Zoology or other relevant subjects.
• Proficiency in Telugu is required.

Requirements

• Desirable: Experience in marine/coastal ecological surveys, collection and analysis of seawater, sediment and biological samples, and knowledge of plankton, benthos, fisheries biodiversity and water quality analysis.
• Desirable: Experience in GPS, GIS/QGIS, socio-economic surveys, stakeholder interactions, MS Office, and statistical software (R, SPSS or PRIMER).
• Candidates should be willing to undertake extensive fieldwork and have experience in field photography and documentation.

Age Limit

• Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on the date of interview.
• 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates as per GOI norms.
