Tasks
– Independently conduct research regarding CAR-T cell development and within this project act as a supervisor of postdocs and doctoral students
– Supervision of doctoral students primarily applies to co-supervision
– Participate in teaching
– Participate and present research results at group meetings
Qualification requirements
– PhD in cancer immunotherapy or similar
– Postdoctoral experience (preferably three years)
– Competitive CV
– Experience in preclinical development of CAR-T cells (which should be supported by scientific publications)
– Experience in clinical CAR-T trials (which should be supported by scientific publications)
– Experience in working with primary cell cultures including human and mouse immune cells
– Experience in producing viral vectors
– Experience in advanced flow cytometry (analysis and cell sorting)
– Experience in advanced microscopy
– Experience in in vivo activities including FELASA certificate
About the employment
The employment is permanent, probationary period may apply. The scope is full-time. Access by agreement. Location: Uppsala
