Eligibility

• Graduate degree holders in Textile Technology/ Textile Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology
• Master’s Degree in Chemistry/ Environment Science/ Microbiology

Requirements
Desirable:

• Experience in laboratory work like testing operation of equipment for cotton bleaching, cellulose extraction, biomass analysis, medical textile testing etc.
• Exposure to analytical test methods for various fibrous biomass materials and handling of analytical instruments
• Working knowledge of computers/Internet

Age Limit

• 21 to 45 years
• Relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PH candidates is permissible as per GOI rules

Duration

• Purely temporary and contractual in nature
• Engagement will be for one year, extendable for two more years (01 year at a time) subject to requirement of the services of the Young Professional in the organization and satisfactory performance of the candidate after evaluation by Director ICAR-CIRCOT, Mumbai (maximum duration of engagement is three years)
