Eligibility
- Candidate must belong to Scheduled Caste (SC).
- Only Indian citizens are eligible.
Essential Qualifications
- B.F.Sc., B.Sc (Ag), B.V.Sc., B.Tech (Food Technology/Biotechnology) or other branches related to Food Science.
- B.Sc (Food Science/ Food Technology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology).
Desirable Qualifications
- First class in Bachelor’s Degree.
- Laboratory experience with hand on skills on biochemical/nutritional/microbial evaluation of food.
Job Description
- Assist the scientists in training and extension activities under SCSP component.
- Assist the Scientists in Fish Processing and Fishery Microbiology research work.
- Sample collection from different areas on the East Coast.
- Stationed at Visakhapatnam and may have to conduct field work involving frequent travel, laboratory works and survey as and when required.
Age Limit
Above 21 years and maximum of 45 years as on date of interview. Age relaxation as per rules.

Walk-in-interview will be held on 20th August 2026 at 10.30 am. Registration will begin at 9.30 am and closes at 11.30 am.
