Eligibility

• M.Sc (Lifesciences) or M.Sc (Biotech) (3+2 years stream) or MSc Bioinformatics

Requirements
Optional Qualification:

• Experience in programming (R, Python, or related languages)
• Expertise in genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis

Job Description

• Perform analysis of epigenomic and transcriptomic sequencing datasets.
• Plan and execute experiments, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols.
• Conduct literature reviews, analyse experimental data, and prepare regular project updates and presentations.
• Participate actively in group meetings and contribute intellectually to project development and scientific discussions.
• Assist with experimental studies involving routine mammalian cell culture.

Tenure
Contractual appointment for 11 months, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the Grant.
