• Application Fee (non-refundable):
• Rs. 1500/- for UR/ OBC & EWS candidates.
• Rs. 750/- for SC/ST & PWD candidates.
• Payable in favour of Comptroller, Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya-224 229 payable at SBI, ANDUAT, branch PITHLA (06925).
• Bank charges in addition to the specified application fee shall be borne by the candidate.
• Persons already employed should submit their application “Through Proper Channel”. An advance copy may be submitted to avoid delay. Application through proper channel should reach the university within 30 days after the closing date for receipt of applications.
• Applicant must submit two self-addressed envelopes containing postage stamp of Rs. 56/- for future communication.
• For applying to more than one post, submit separate application forms in separate envelopes, each with relevant enclosures and fee.

Disqualification Criteria

• Candidates who have obtained degrees or diplomas or certificates from any Institution declared fake by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi shall not be eligible.
• Persons convicted by any Court of Law or with criminal proceedings pending against them.
• Persons who have entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living (with provisions for exemption by Competent Authority).
• Persons who are not citizens of India.
• Any other category of person disqualified for appointment by the Government of India/DABEICAR from time to time.
