Eligibility

• B.Sc/B.C.A./B.Com/B.A or equivalent qualification in appropriate discipline.
• Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards.
• Minimum 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Requirements

• Minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience.
• At least 03 years of experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including:
• Preparation of job advertisements.
• Candidate sourcing through online recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
• Interview scheduling and coordination.
• Candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Offer management and onboarding documentation.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience in recruitment for technical, engineering, research, academic, education, product development, or project-based positions.
• Experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Indeed, or equivalent recruitment platforms.
• Experience in maintaining recruitment databases, applicant tracking records, recruitment MIS, and hiring documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
