Project Details
DBT-sponsored project entitled “Role of Tim44 in rewiring tumour cell mitochondria to promote cell proliferation and angiogenesis”. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project, which is sanctioned for three years.

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Zoology, Bioinformatics, or allied areas with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
• Qualified NET/GATE.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in relevant areas, particularly in cancer metabolism and mammalian cell culture.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 35 years.
• Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates.
• In cases where qualifications are equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates as per Government of India rules.
