- Bio-data containing particulars of age, qualification, subjects taken, year of passing, marks obtained, and address proof, with a photograph pasted on the top right side.
- Original certificates and their attested copies.
- Relevant publications (if any).
- Experience certificate in original (if any).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer, if already employed.
- A written declaration regarding any near or distant relative employed at ICAR-IIMR.
