Validation of nutritive properties, evaluation of safety, ethnomedicinal claims of Peruyyan, its value addition and assessment of demand for and supply of Peruyyan products in local and regional markets
Eligibility
First Class M. Sc. Degree in Food and Nutrition, Food Science and Nutrition, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Plant Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Food Microbiology from recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Food Science/ Food Chemistry/ Food Microbiology/ Molecular Biology.
Age Limit
35 years
Salary
Rs. 37000 + 8% HRA per month for the 1st two years and Rs. 42000 + 8% HRA for the third year
