Eligibility
Essential:

• Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in master’s degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC/ICAR in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Seed Science and Technology, Agriculture, Botany, Plant Physiology or relevant basic science.
• ICAR/CSIR/UGC-NET or equivalent National Level JRF Eligibility Test.

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of handling biofertilizers, microbial cultures, chromatographic techniques and data analysis.
• Good publication record in reputed national/international journals.

Requirements

• Duly filled application form as per the attached format.

• Self-attested photocopies of supporting documents.
• Recent passport size photograph pasted on the application form.
• Proof of experience and publications.
• All original certificates from matriculation onwards, proof of age, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate (original or provisional).
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all required certificates from matriculation onwards.
• No objection and experience certificate from the employer, if currently employed.
• Duly signed declaration form (regarding near/distant relatives working at ICAR/IARI) to be attached with the application form and submitted on the date of interview.

Age Limit
21 – 35 years, as on date of interview. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women candidates and other exempted categories as per ICAR /GOI guidelines.
