• Tenure: Purely temporary and on contractual basis for an initial period of one year or project duration whichever is earlier, which may be extended on yearly basis after satisfactory performance of the incumbent till termination of the scheme

Salary
₹37,000/- + HRA per month for candidates qualified through NET/GATE or any National Eligibility Test (as per DST/DBT OM No. DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26.06.2022)

Eligibility

• M.Sc. or M.Tech (including Integrated M.Tech 4+2) in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Plant Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Food Science or relevant discipline from a recognized university. NET/GATE is not mandatory.

Requirements

• Desirable: Experience in food biochemistry, extrusion/functional analysis, biochemical techniques etc.

Age Limit
Maximum 35 years for Project Associate-I (Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST/Women candidates as per Government of India rules).

• Submit bio-data as per the format given in Annexure-I along with self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets of 10th, 12th, Under-graduation, Post-graduation (M.Sc./M.Tech) and any other relevant certificates (experience/NET/GATE/BET, if applicable).
• Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the bio-data.
• The bio-data must clearly indicate academic qualifications starting from 10th Standard up to the highest qualification, with percentage/OGPA, distinctions/medals (if any), and relevant research experience.
• Provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer, if working.
