Eligibility

• Essential: M.F.Sc. degree in a relevant discipline (Aquatic Animal Health Management/ Aquaculture/ Aquatic Environment Management/ Fish Biotechnology/ Fishery Microbiology, etc.) OR Post-graduate/M.Sc. in a relevant discipline (Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Animal Biotechnology/ Veterinary Microbiology/ Agricultural Microbiology/ Food Microbiology, etc.).
• Desirable: Experience in fish disease diagnosis and microbiology/molecular techniques like isolation of pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites), PCR, ELISA, blotting, etc. The candidate should be able to travel extensively, including collecting samples at fish farms in the state on a regular basis.

• Desirable: Higher qualification in the Plant/Crop Physiology, Genetics & Plant Breeding, Biotechnology. Field/Lab Experiences on Crops.
