Conference Room Adjacent to the Directorate of Research, RKVY Building, Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Pundibari, Coochbehar.
Eligibility
- Young Professional-II (YP-II): Essential: Master’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Plant Pathology/ Plant Biotechnology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Botany/ Plant Science/ Life Science or other relevant allied discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Young Professional-I (YP-I): Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Plant Science/ Biotechnology/ Life Science or allied agricultural sciences from a recognized University/Institute.
- Nationality: Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Age should be below 45 years as on 01.10.2026 (age relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST). Further age relaxation may be given to candidates with experience in such type of project/programme.

- Young Professional-II (YP-II): 30.10.2026 at 12:00 Noon
- Young Professional-I (YP-I): 30.10.2026 at 01:30 p.m.
How to Apply
Applicants must appear in person before a selection committee for a walk-in-interview. Candidates should bring:
- Two copies of application along with detailed bio-data.
- Two sets of photocopies of all documents, mark sheets, and certificates starting from Madhyamik examination, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Head of the Institution.
- Two recent passport size photographs.
- Original mark sheets and certificates starting from Madhyamik examination and other experience certificates, if any.
- Proof of Date of Birth (e.g., CBSE/ HSC/ SSC/ Matriculation certification).
- SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.
