Project Details
ANRF funded project entitled “Functional analysis of Aminotransferase III gene for drought tolerance in bread wheat”. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The project duration is three years, with the initial appointment for one year and extension provided based on performance.

Eligibility

• Essential: Ph.D. in Genetics & Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Botany, Plant Biotechnology, or a related discipline from a reputed University/Institution.
• Desirable: Proven track record of molecular biology, biotechnology techniques, or genomic pipelines, supported by relevant research papers in SCI-indexed journals.

Age Limit
40 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates as per GOI rules.
