Research Coordinator position in immunology

The Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology (MTC) at Karolinska Institutet comprises approximately 40 research groups and conducts research and education in immunology, infection biology, cell biology, and cancer. This position is based in Professor Karlsson Hedestam’s group and involves coordination between several national and international collaborators.

Your mission

The position is a permanent, 50% appointment and entails the following areas of responsibility:

  • Coordinating projects, analyzing data, summarizing results, developing and maintaining analysis tools, and performing scientific writing

Your profile

Requirements for the position:

  • A PhD in structural biology
  • Educational background in statistical science/statistics
  • Proven aptitude for high-quality academic writing in English
  • Post-degree work experience in a coordinating or leadership role
  • Post-degree work experience in an AI-related field, such as data science

Personal suitability will be given considerable weight.
