Eligibility

  • Students of M.Sc. (Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences or equivalent)

Salary

  • Consolidated student assistantship/Stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month (for two months only)

Requirements

  • Project Title: Identification and Characterization of candidate genes related to polyploidy and / or apomixis in guinea grass (Megathyrsus maximus) [Project Code- 1015080]
  • The internship is for a DST-SERB project under the SSR policy
  • Duration: Two months starting from October 1st, 2026
  • Financial support for other activities like travel, boarding and lodging will not be provided
  • Students will have to make their own arrangements for stay during the dissertation period
