Initially for 3 months (extendable up to 3 years).

Eligibility

• M. Tech in chemical/Biotechnology/ Biomedical/Biochemical Engineering or any other allied branches with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute/university as a full-time program.
• Or B. Tech in chemical/Biotechnology/ Biomedical/Biochemical Engineering or any other allied branch with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute/university as a full-time program with a valid GATE or NET score.
• Or MSc in Biotech/biology/microbiology or allied branches with a valid GATE or NET score and with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute/university as a full-time program.

Requirements

• Preference may be given to the candidate having working knowledge of molecular biology lab.
• M.Tech./M.E. candidates should have either a valid GATE score or should have been admitted to the M.Tech./M.E. programme through GATE qualification to be considered for appointment as JRF.
• Note: M.Tech./M.E./B Tech/MSc degree holders who have never qualified GATE shall be considered for engagement as Project Associate-I with a consolidated remuneration of ₹30,000/- per month plus applicable HRA.

Age Limit
28 years (with relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD/EWS, Women as per ANRF norms, i.e., 5 years and OBC-NCL, 3 years).
