Your responsibilities

  • Scientific services in research within SFB 1315/3 sub-project “Writing and reading of kinship memories: Neuromodulation and synaptic diversity in kinship memory formation (A03)”
  • Multi-Site electrophysiological recordings
  • Behavioral assessment, behavioral manipulations and neural activity modulation
  • Studies on human kinship memory
  • Data analysis
  • Supervision of students
  • Opportunity for independent academic qualification (PhD)

What you bring to the table

What we expect from you

  • Completed university degree (Master’s) in Neuroscience
  • Advanced knowledge in the field of Neuroscience
  • Advanced knowledge in behavioral analysis
  • Advanced knowledge in word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Proficient command of the English and the German language, both written and spoken (both at least C1 level)
  • High degree of independence, commitment, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills

What would be desirable

  • Doctoral project within the research field of the professorship
  • Basic knowledge in knowledge transfer
  • Experience with international collaborations
