Eligibility

• Essential: B.F.Sc/BSc in aquaculture or other equivalent branch of biological science.
• Desirable: Experience in marine fisheries/seaweed farming/aquaculture will be preferred.
• Desirable: Skilled in swimming will be given preference.

Age Limit
The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 45 years (with relaxation as per rules) as on the date of the interview.

Requirements

• This recruitment is purely on temporary basis for one years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
• The positions are purely contractual, non-regular, time-bound and are co-terminus with the project.
• Candidates having marks issued in the form of CGPA/OGPA should produce approved conversion table/formula at the time of reporting for interview, otherwise their candidature will not be considered.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the interview.
• If any near or distant relatives are an employee of the ICAR-CMFRI, the candidate intending to attend the interview must declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, and relationship in writing before the interview date. Candidates having no near or distant relatives working at ICAR/CMFRI must also furnish a declaration in the format given in Annexure-II on the date of interview.
• Candidates must bring the following documents at the time of interview:
• Bio-data / Curriculum Vitae.
• One recent passport-size photograph.
• ANNEXURE-I and ANNEXURE-II.
• One valid ID proof.
• Self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets (from Class X onwards).
• Original documents for verification.
• Experience certificate (if applicable).
• Caste certificate (if applicable).
• No Objection Certificate from current employer (if employed).
