Project Title: ICMR Task force study on Epidemiology of Chronic Respiratory Illness in Select Population Groups in India (CRISPI)

Essential Qualifications:
– 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized board with 5 years in administration / accounts work. OR
– Graduate in any discipline with 2 years’ experience in administration / accounts work.
– A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour (KDPH) on a computer.

Desirable:
– Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and data analysis
– Experience in field data collection and survey coordination
– Experience in handling research/project-related admin documentation and databases
– Good communication and coordination skills for fieldwork activities
– Knowledge of data management, verification, and reporting

Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years on the date of the walk-in interview / written test. Age relaxation as per rules is applicable.
Remuneration: Rs.17,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Tenure: Initially for up to one year (extendable as per norms). The position is terminus at any point in time.

Essential Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Environmental Science / Occupational Health / Environmental Engineering or related discipline OR
– Three-year graduate degree in Environmental Science / Occupational Health / Environmental Engineering with three years of post-qualification experience.

Desirable:
– Experience in handling environmental monitoring instruments including:
– Dust Track Monitor
– Gas Monitor
– Bio-aerosol Monitor
– Experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping
– Experience in field-based data collection and environmental monitoring
– Experience in data recording, monitoring, analysis, and management
– Ability to conduct field surveys and environmental exposure assessment studies

Skills:
– Experience in occupational/environmental exposure assessment studies
– Knowledge of environmental data analysis and reporting
– Experience working in community/field-based research project

Project Title: ICMR Task force study on Epidemiology of Chronic Respiratory Illness in Select Population Groups in India (CRISPI)

Essential Qualifications:
– Three-year graduate degree in Microbiology / biology /virology/ Life Sciences with three years post-qualification experience. OR
– Postgraduate degree in Microbiology / biology /virology/ Life Sciences.

Required Experience and Skills:
– Proven expertise in microbiological culturing, identification, and enumeration of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeasts, and molds (e.g., colony forming unit assessment).
– Hands-on experience in microorganism identification and culture techniques using standard microbiological methods.
– Experience in handling bioaerosol monitoring instruments, including active and passive air samplers, with knowledge of isokinetic sampling, filter-based sampling techniques, and flow-rate calibration.
– Strong understanding and practice of aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during field sample collection and laboratory analysis.
– Experience in field sampling, environmental monitoring, and on-site data collection.
– Ability to perform data interpretation, microbiological risk assessment, and preparation of workplace safety/regulatory compliance reports.
– Experience in laboratory documentation, quality control, and maintenance of microbiological records.
– Knowledge of biosafety and laboratory safety protocols.

Number of Vacancies: 04 Positions (UR-01, OBC-01, EWS-01, SC-01)
Project Title: ICMR Task force study on Epidemiology of Chronic Respiratory Illness in Select Population Groups in India (CRISPI)

Essential Qualifications:
– 12th in science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT) + Five years’ Experience in field work and data collection. OR
– Three Years Graduate Degree + Two years’ Experience in fieldwork and data collection.

Desirable:
– Experience in fieldwork and data collection, including participant coordination and accurate data recording.
– Skilled in daily data monitoring, regular data quality checks, and data analysis using Excel.
– Spirometry handling and basic clinical measurements including vitals and BMI assessment.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years on the date of the walk-in interview / written test. Age relaxation as per rules is applicable.
Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- + HRA per month.
Tenure: Initially for up to one year (extendable as per norms). The position is terminal at any point in time.
Place of Work: Project work site at ICMR-NIHR, Jodhpur or anywhere in India, based on the requirements of the project.
