The campus architecture fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and a strong sense of community among researchers, teachers, and students. The University of Konstanz has received funding under the Excellence Strategy since 2006.
With around 3,500 employees, the University of Konstanz is one of the largest employers in the region. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Germany, we offer flexible working hours, a wide range of professional development and health programs, as well as attractive family support options.
The Animal Research Facility (TFA) is an independent central facility of the University of Konstanz tasked with providing researchers with the necessary conditions for conducting animal experiments in accordance with animal welfare standards. It is thus equally committed to research and animal welfare. The TFA provides researchers with high-quality laboratory animals.
